Hirdaramani Garment Tracking at Factory

Project Brief

Cenmetrix have partnered with H-one to deliver garment tracking for Hidaramani Group factories.
Silicone based tags were provided to track the garments between 2 processors. Traditionally after the washing processes, the garments were manually counted one by one. Now the garments are tagged and sent through an automated convey belt and counted in bulk using RFID readers and Tags. The silicone tags are put in the washing machine and able to handle the extreme heat of the washing process.
